Andrew and his team went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase our first home. My husband is new to Canada and fairly soon after he found a job we wanted to start the process of buying a home. After being told by a local bank that we would not qualify until my husband had at least two years of Canadian credit history we felt defeated and super disappointed. Our friend recommended we try Andrew and he went out of his way to meet us after hours to discuss what we would need to work on before we could buy. We did what he suggested and 8 months later we have been approved for a mortgage worth more than we expected to qualify for. From start to finish he was always available to answer questions (at any time of day, even when we messaged him at 8pm) and was incredibly supportive when we were anxiously waiting for answers. With my husband being new to Canada there were a few hurdles to jump but Andrew made the process feel easy. We can not recommend him enough!
